About Stillpaths

Your Connection to Nature

Welcome to Stillpaths, a space for finding inner peace through mindful nature activities, including guided Forest Therapy walks, Forest Bathing education, and help staying on your calm, peaceful path.

We are dedicated to life improvement by utilizing meditations and other mindful activities while with nature. You’ll learn how to mindfully appreciate various aspects of the outdoors. These rich nature experiences will bring a calm, lasting presence along with validated health and wellness benefits.  

Mission

To shine a light on still paths that help people experience more inner peace, health, wellness, and happiness. To empower them to stay on their still paths and experience higher- self living, leading to more gratitude, kindness, connection, joy, and love for themselves and others, both human and non-human.

To offer and guide mindful nature experiences, including guided Forest Therapy walks, that allow participants to slow down and immerse their senses in the outdoors, providing an opportunity to connect with nature in community with others.  

Vision

To be a leading source of restorative experiences in the Kansas City area that support mental, emotional, and physical health. To help people live from their highest selves by finding and staying on their still paths.

To facilitate ongoing events combining mindfulness and nature and to empower participants to start and maintain their own mindful nature practice. To be an international resource and thought leader for information about ways to live from your highest self by following the still paths that improve ife satisfaction and the lives of those they touch.
