These 1.5 to 2 hour guided Shinrin Yoku walks are designed to relax and deepen your connection to each other. They are facilitated by Hugh Klesch-Sawyer, certified Forest Therapy Guide (The Forest Therapy School -IMMA certified).
Guided Forest Bathing Walks for Groups
These private group Forest Bathing walks can be customized for corporations, non-profits, families, or other groups. They include a guided Shinrin Yoku walk, other mindful nature pursuits, and group specific pursuits.
